Due to the nature of our products, Kia Kimora Hair Collection does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
  • No refunds will be issued for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • No refunds will be issued for delayed shipping once the order has been shipped.
  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with texture, length, color, or style.
  • No refunds will be issued for failure to read product descriptions or policies before purchasing.

All product descriptions, lengths, textures, and care information are clearly listed on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details prior to placing an order.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

   • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed after agreeing to this policy will be contested with proof of delivery, tracking information, and acceptance of our terms at checkout.
